LLC “INGEOSERVICE” pays some special attention to advanced training and professional growth of its employees. Participation in professional events and publishing of industry-specific materials and research data is an integral part of our work. Action yearbook of creative activities is compiled annually including all the events and professional activities of the year and 2016 is no exception.
LLC “INGEOSERVICE” has formed a unique team representing a mixture of experienced, highly qualified and young talented professionals. The company successfully employed candidates of geological-mineralogical sciences, graduate students and external doctorate students. Our employees have invaluable experience of studying the subsoil geological structure of the major oil and gas provinces in Russia. They regularly share their experience, while publishing their own research and development. In 2016, the articles of our specialists came out in EAGE “Petrophysics-2016”, “Oil. Gas. Innovations”, “Geology, Geophysics and development of oil and gas fields” and others. In addition, several times a year we release the composite book of staff publications, which allows the experience exchange within the company.
Conference is a good platform for exchange of experiences with other participants of the market, acquaintance with new technologies. The company’s specialists regularly participate in key industry events as speakers or delegates. Summing up their own experience with the acquired knowledge, the company’s specialists improve their professional skills. This year we have visited all the major activities: EAGE Association in Russia, XXI Gubkinskiy Scientific Conference, etc.
