Resource Modelling software is designed to estimate oil, gas resources and gas condensate fields in accordance with Russian and foreign standards.

INGEOSERVICE LLC obtained a Certificate of Registration for the Resource Modelling(RM)®software product, registered by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) № 2022668857, entered on the Unified Register by the Order of the Ministry for Digital Development of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2023 №16980, minutes of the meeting of the expert council dated on March 03, 2023 №158пр.

The deterministic approaches of resource estimation and stochastic (probabilistic) modeling by the Monte Carlo method are implemented in the software. Both theoretical and empirical distributions are used in modeling and correlation and functional relations between the parameters can be taken into account either.

The software operating results are tables and distribution histogram of the key parameters of a reservoir, geological and recoverable hydrocarbon resources.

The results are exported in MS Excel , PDF, JPG and EMF formats.

June-August 2022:

implemented:
deterministic resource estimation methods and stochastic (probabilistic) modeling using Monte Carlo method. Modeling uses both theoretical and empirical distributions, and correlation and functional relationships between parameters can also be taken into account.

The program results in tables and histograms of the distribution of the main parameters of the reservoir, geological and recoverable hydrocarbon resources.

September 2022:
Software interface was translated into English, compiled a user manual.

October 2022:

implemented:
– resources estimation taking into account geological risks, incl. for multilayer deposits;
– memoization of modelling (when reloading the session, you can not perform all the calculations again, but use the previously obtained estimates);
– a simplified scheme for calculating the combined coefficient in the estimation of gas and gas condensate resources (optional).

November 2022 – March 2023:

Planned for implementation:
– expanding the range of theoretical distributions used in stochastic modelling;
– improving the graphical presentation of the results;
– integral resources estimation of multicomponent objects;
– fixing bugs found by users.

Software testing and purchasing.

The software is intended for commercial use, available for testing (full version for a period of 2 months) available by request.

The cost of one license is determined for each organization individually, depending on the number of purchased licenses.

When purchasing the Software, a License Agreement is signed, according to which a simple (non-exclusive) license is transferred to the Buyer for perpetual use.
