Prediction of complexly composed terrigenous reservoirs of the Ilbokichskoe field vendian deposits in the Eastern Siberia

The article “Prediction of complexly composed terrigenous reservoirs of the Ilbokichskoe field vendian deposits in the Eastern Siberia”, was published in the scientific and technical journal «Geology, geophysics and exploration of oil and gas fields“. The article, based on the results of the studies, proves the facts that the positive structural forms of the region under study appeared as a result of shear-compression with the active participation of volcanic processes, up to the formation of volcanogenic structures. The distribution of intrusive bodies over the area has been studied. According to the results of the core study, the accepted boundary values of open porosity were specified. The type of the reservoir – porous and fractured-porous – and the value of the permeability coefficient for both types of reservoirs are established.

As a result of the implemented technology, which was implemented in deep cubes, areas with increased effective thicknesses were identified and a geological model of reservoirs predictive distribution according to the void space type was developed.
